Overview. This website is operated by Remember the Journey Prints ("we," "us," "our"). These terms apply to all visitors and customers of the site.

 

Products and custom orders. Our products are custom, made-to-order prints personalized with details you provide (home, boat, lake, family name, address, and similar). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and images you submit, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Because these are handmade and printed products, colors and finish may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

 

Orders and payment. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

 

Shipping. Products are made to order; please allow production time in addition to shipping time. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Returns. Custom, personalized items are non-returnable except in the case of defects or an error on our part. See our Return and Refund Policy.

 

Intellectual property. All content and artwork on this site are the property of Remember the Journey Prints and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

Limitation of liability. Our products and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
