Refund policy

Every Remember the Journey Prints piece is made to order and personalized just for you, so our return policy works a little differently than a typical shop.

 

Custom, personalized items. Because each print is custom-produced with your home, boat, lake, family name, and details, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for incorrect information provided at checkout. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.

 

We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered due to an error on our end, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

 

Reporting an issue. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll respond within 2 business days.

 

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled.
